Most Wardrobes Are 80% Noise

You're not bad at getting dressed. You're exhausted by the options. A closet full of clothes purchased for a version of you that changes every Tuesday — that's not a style problem. That's a system failure.

The morning routine shouldn't feel like a negotiation. Your presence should be deliberate, not defaulted to.

The Clinical Method

Meet Your Clinician

Charlotte Reillo Pfeil didn't come to fashion through a design school — she came through survival. Living with Turner Syndrome and congenital heart disease, she learned early that how you present yourself to the world is not vanity. It's armor, identity, and joy all at once.

The name "Syndrome" isn't random. It's reclaimed. What medicine called a limitation, she turned into a methodology. Based in Lake Nona, Orlando, Charlotte brings a multicultural lens, a background in entertainment, and an obsession with secondhand luxury to a practice built on one premise: your closet already has the answer — you just need a clinician who knows where to look.

Secondhand Is Not a Compromise

The most stylish thing you can own is something you already have. Syndrome Styling extends the life of beautiful clothes and reduces the need to buy more. If Dior did it on the runway, you can do it from a consignment rack.

We make your existing wardrobe work harder so you buy less and wear better.
